RUN DON'T WALK FROM THIS PLACE!!! It was good 4 years ago, but when I went back 3 months ago, it was a total ripoff. Overpriced, sell used w/out identifying it as used, no manual, no remote, went back 3 times before giving up. Glad to see they're members of the Better Business Bureau--will definitely file a complaint. Never did get the remote for the Kenwood Excelon they sold me. The manual I had to download from the internet. They have become beyond sorry...
Suggest BBB not default to A+ with no reviews on your site; it damages the credibility of a BBB rating, especially when an internet review will show that I am not the only one w/dissatisfaction w/Advanced Car Stereo on Magnolia in Riverside.
