We called this company out to our restaurant because we wanted to improve the quantity of ice our machine was producing. The service technician advised us to change our filter. Fair enough. After he disassembled our machine it NEVER MADE ONE MORE CUBE OF ICE. We called them to send him back out. This time they sent another guy that said our fan motor was burnt out. Not a coincidence that this issue coincided with the first technicians visit. We were charged for both visits and were left with a machine now not making any ice. They billed us $270 for this privilege. BAD company, BAD business practices
