This company ought to be ashamed of themselves for selling substandard cribs that are recalled due to entrapment from slats that can break. Their remedy is to offer ONE crib, ONE color and ONE style ONLY and for the consumers to send in hardware from their existing crib and wait 7-10 business days for the new crib to show up - that mind you, is cheap and doesn't match your other furniture. I have all white furniture, they want to give me a walnut colored crib that looks NOTHING like any of my other Jardine furniture. AT A MINIMUM, they should offer colors to MATCH your existing furniture. I am sick right now and can't believe this company is still in business. I have lodged a CPSC complaint and a BBB complaint and will be contacting Babies R Us to tell them that I will not be buying anything else from their company because they chose a manufacturer who screws customers. Jardine, I hope you change your policy on this recall at once. I don't think Jardine Baby deserves even 1 star.
