No response from this company

I tried to order from this company in the hopes of receiving merchandise for Christmas. There was an auto reply sent immediately but when I checked the status it showed "Awaiting Payment". When I inquired I received no response after two tries. There is no contact phone number on their website, you can only email them and then hope for a response. If it weren't for the fact that they offered tall size sweatpants (for my son who is 6'9") I would never have seen their website in the first place, now I wish I hadn't. Like the first reviewer, I chose one star because there was not an option for zero stars.
