DISAPPOINTING

I've used Kareo for over three years through a sub-contracted Billco. Recently decided to bring the billing in house and tried twice to connect with sales people from Kareo to set up my own account to continue to use the software. They scheduled appointments and didn't follow up with making the appointments....not once, but both times. Apparently, they don't want new business. I like the software, the merchant vendor and the scheduler, but this is ridiculous customer service. No, this is non-existent customer service. It would be better if I had just been told they were not interested in my business and saved me the time from the beginning.
