Cannot Experience Worse Customer Service

I run a medical billing service and have experience with many companies. I can tell you that I have not encountered a more unprofessional, unavailable, and arrogant company who does not care about customers. When you call their phones, the calls go straight to voicemail even during normal business hours. Whether it is 9 AM, 9:30 AM, 10AM, 11 AM all the way till 4 PM, they will never answer your phone call. They will call you after a few days when it is convenient for them. When you initially sign up, you are assigned a success coach, who is more difficult to reach than the president of the united states. When you finally get to make an appointment with them, their knowledge is poor and they just want to get you off the phone. I haven't had to beg for service anywhere else. If you get locked out of your account, good luck. If you call them, expect voicemail and a call back after a week or if you are on chat, spend 45 minutes to 1 hour with a chat agent who is so slow that he/she types a sentence every 7 - 8 minutes.
The reason I am writing this review is because the leadership in this company is so unavailable and clueless that we are forced to write reviews on public websites. They have no mechanism for providing feedback. When I have asked to speak with a supervisor, they survive the call making excuses and they too are unavailable for future discussion. I think Kareo will pay the price for their arrogance. This is the only company who is unavailable even when you want to sign up for new business. I don't think they are interested in doing business or making money. Unfortunately, this is a business where it is not too easy to switch your medical billing software. It causes too many disruptions. If I was able to do it, I would disconnect all my customers in a heart beat.
