I bought one thing, they sent me another!

What an awful experience! For $2000 I bought a sofa-bed 3 months ago. I was looking for weeks and spent hours on the phone consulting with these guys, particularly Nicole. I got the "sofa" last week. It's not a sofa, it's a mini-loveseat. Before I made
my purchase, Nicole confirmed the total length of 84", yet the thing that was delivered to me is 66" total. It only sits 1.5 people and the bed only fits a small skinny child. And we have 2 boys, 9 and 10 y.o. It's Christmas and I don't have a bed for the
kids... LA Furniture offered me a $200 refund today. For what??? I paid for oranges, they sent me onions, and they now say: "We will give you $1 back, just use onions for your orange juice!" This is a complete fraud!!! #dontbuy
