I highly recommend Land Gorilla appraisals to anybody. This is exactly what the appraisal business has needed since HVCC. Why a lender would use another company does not make sense to me. I have scene so many deals come across my desk only to see it fall out with a cheep worthless appraisal. Time and time again I have wondered why we spend so much time, energy, and money to put financing together for a borrower and then we would use an appraisal management company because they do the cheapest work. Land Gorilla was a great choice for us. The do fantastic work, have great turn times, and we have never had an issue with an appraiser since we started using them. Take my advice and don't skimp on your appraisals!
