DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I was contacted by their offices for a loan modification and PROMISED & CONTRACTED that if it came down that the modification did not work out that I would get a 100% Money-Back Guarantee. I figured with the financial strains and not enough time during business hours that I would let an attorney handle it. As soon as I contracted with them, the customer service did NOT exist. The only correspondence was through email and it is difficult to contact via phone. In the end, they were unable to close on their promise or contracted terms and I am still waiting for a reply on my 100% refund (4 months after the fact). I am now forced to hire a REAL attorney that will get my money back out of them.
If I could put ZERO stars I would. Worst Experience Ever!
