I have no doubt positive reviews on this site are valid. At the same time there are many of us who did not have the same results by far.
Dealing with Lujan after they damaged our house and furniture with overspray reconfirmed that the nicest of folks can mislead.
We were told incase of damages they were insured. They showed us the insurance document. After our house was damaged and they admitted it was their fault, they informed us we would have to take them to court to get resolution.
Our experience was the same as other negative reviews on this site, including damage to our house for which it will be years to recover from.
In my view the chances of being a customer that receives the job promised is proportional to the positive and negative reviews on this site. 50%.
