I read the reviews on this company before I called and decided to take a change since I know how people can be. I had no problems from start to finish. The cusotmer service was very pleasent and the tech was very knolagable. I did have to have parts ordered they told me 2-5 business days it was in with in 2. Unit is wokring great! Fairly priced. I will use them again.
