My daughter's move was a nightmare! Moving out states on their web site that "our goal is to set the industry standard for personal and courteous service....we enter each move with compassion and concern." Our family felt that Eli, the President of the company, gave us as much compassion as the guards at Guantanamo Bay Detention Camp! During a stressful time, he yelled at us over the phone, would not let us speak with the agent who guaranteed our delivery date, wouldn't help us, even though we had written verification of services promised. He actually had my wife and daughter crying on the phone as he yelled at them while they were 800 miles away from home awaiting the delivery truck which did not come as promised for 3 extra days of waiting. My daughter had to purchase bedding, towels and clothes since the truck didn't come as promised by the agent. The reason we chose this company was their guarantee over and over again of delivery within the days we specified, even though they were not the least expensive bid. What fools we were to believe this company. They state on their web site "we want to take the burden away from you as if we were moving our own family." Well, they just don't tell you that you will be stressed and mistreated since they appear to be a very disfunctional "family."
