Tom Meadows at NIC has continued to phone us and keep in touch regarding our loan modification issue. OUr home did go into foreclosure however it is because our lender Litton Loans did not want to modify the loan. Tom Meadows has promised to approve a refund of the $2500.00 paid to them since we did not receive the modification.
