Every review posted here confirmed what I have experienced as well since early March 2010. With 24+ years' experience in high-tech their recommended jobs were for Equipment Rental Sales, Driver Route Sales for Cleaning Products and Hardware (Tool) Sales. Go figure. Fortunately I only got taken for $40. Not surprising their BBB rating is "F", as in Fraud. When speaking with them I asked for Anthony Newton - listed as Owner but got to "Eva" a supervisor who was quite contentious and not wanting to provide a refund in good faith.
Next step (and I recommend to all) is file a complaint with the CA Attorney General's office - ag.ca.gov/consumers/general.php. There's a link there to file against them.
And by the way, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter,etc. will have this review soon as well.
