Suddenly, without notice, they shut down. Phones and email are not being answered. They have left me high and dry right in the middle of a crucial stage in my dealing with the IRS. I am now dealing directly with the Revenue Officer. They took five grand from me to answer a bunch of automated letters from the IRS. They gave me little counsel and were evasive about a strategy or plan. I am disgusted with the whole Tax process of CPAs and Tax Attorneys. The only people who have been straight with me in this whole thing is the IRS. Don't mess with anyone who advertises on radio or TV..in my opinion, they're all crooks. Good luck.
