Avoid this dealership at all costs!!! They have no conscience when it comes to lying to your face!!!
I first took my car into Neftin after it stalled on the freeway. After doing diagnostics they told me it needed a new Camshaft/ Fuel Fump that would cost $1,800 plus labor. I decided to take my car back, do some research & get a 2nd opinion. After calling around, I learned that I had been blatantly lied too; there was in fact a warranty extension for these parts. I took it back to Neftin & they acted as if nothing happened, writing up a new service slip that made it seem as if it was my 1st time there for this problem. I also asked that they do more research into my problematic Airbag fault, a previously recalled & "fixed" item that was still defective. In addition, my electronic parking brake was experiencing a "Parking Brake Fault" & would dangerously lock up at high speeds, causing my car to jolt & stop. Knowing that my Airbags were still defective I pushed for them to fix these problems. After doing diagnostics (which I later found out was simply driving the car around the block) they claimed that it was a faulty ABS system that was affecting my Airbag/Parking brake. It would be $1,500 to fix, but they claimed that they are unsure if that will even take care of the problem. After being yelled at, laughed at, lied too, scammed and threatened to “hold onto my work order” that showed their attempted fraud, Im running far away from VW and mainly this dealership. Single handedly the worst experience ever.
