DON'T even consider using Neighbors. I will not go into my horrible experience with them except to say please believe every negative review you read. They are rude,they will never return a phone call, they will call you a liar and good luck with a pick up or delivery time. They will under quote the job and when they are loading the truck demand more money. My furniture arrived days late and had gotten WET !!! Figure that one out--WET with grass stains on some of the boxes. The glass on my dining table arrived shattered into pieces.
I called the owner/manager to please call me and just explain what happened. No response from anyone. I am starting to do all the paper work involved in our claim. I already know how that's going to go.
