My name is Hector Placencia and I am a 59 year old who felt 86. I was moving less and less and also felt like time was being drained.
I worked as a real estate specialist for the Federal Aviation Administration. This work required extensive travel to various cities around the United States, mountain tops, deserts or just plain anywhere that required obtaining property for the agency's navigational equipment to help the flying public. This required a lot of standing, walking, climbing, and at the office a lot of sedentary work. This took a toll on my Neck and Lower Back. I was fortunate to retire early in 2005, However the neck and lower back pain did not retire at the same time. The pain came along for the ride. I thought I would have to continue the use of Chiropractors even though they only gave me temporary relief for a day or so and then right back to the pain. I actually got so used to the pain that I ignored it.
My bride and I first became aware of the Non-Surgical Spine Care Center at the Anaheim Convention Center Home Show booth in May this year - 2010. We had never heard of this procedure until my bride, who was hurting from lower back and neck pain at the time asked the young lady at the booth about the procedure. The young lady explained and gave her a brochure and packet. We received a call from the clinic and scheduled an appointment for her for the following week.
I took her to her appointment at the Non-Surgical Spine Care Center, and while there I was asked if I also wanted to join her. I was skeptical, but accepted. I was amazed at the professionalism demonstrated by the staff. Everything was pinpointed and explained concerning our particular problems. I found out that I was in worse condition than my bride.
My first session was two days later. I ached but I could feel the difference that first time. I felt this way for the next five sessions. I wanted the sessions to go on longer. That's how good I was feeling. I just didn't want them to end. After twelve sessions I am pain free. I am able to walk for longer periods without sciatica pain. I can now do my yard work pain free, and I'm not as tired as before. I can now turn my neck without having to turn my whole body to see.
