We just became victims of this nonsense company conducting business with innocent people. This company sent us a letter notifying us that they could of help us on modifying our current mortgage loan. They asked us for $2,995.00 to start the process. This was in 01/09, its now 01/10 and nothing has been done to our mortgage payment. I tried calling Chad Davis at North American Relief, and the phone number no longer exists. Does anyone know where we go from here? What can we do for this company not to get away with it? If anyone else has felt for this scam we should all come together and file some sort of petition to prosecute company's doing this. We gave this company all our savings to cover the expense and have fallen behind 6 months on our mortgage. I can be contacted at 702-418-6777 if anyone has been through our same experience.
