On March 22nd 2012 we requested a service call by Hugo at Overland Plumbing Support. Firstly, he arrived on time and was alert and ready to diagnose the problem. He identified a washer in the hot water faucet that needed to be replaced as well as a slight blockage in the shower drain. He completed both tasks quickly and corrected the problem. Thus he was very efficient and did not waste any time or unnecessary money to finish the job. I was very pleased with him and will certainly recommend overland plumbing to anyone in the future.
