Mr Andrew, thank you so much for your wonderful acknowledgement of our company and I mean this in the nicest way possible of course when I say I hope you never have to use our services ever ;-) . However, I am curious as to why we received 3 stars instead of 5? What could we have done better to get 5 stars from you? We are striving for a 4-5 Star average with our ratings so when we get 3, we see it as failure.
