WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!

I started working with Priority Financial Group in a desperate time of need to save my home. Began working with Jordan Shahak and when he left the company, I was referred to John De La Garza. I paid an up front fee of over $1700 and NOTHING has ever been done. This has been over 2 years now. I have made several phone calls to this company and have gotten voicemail almost every time. Even after calling 5+ times a day! Mr. De La Garza never returned phone calls as promised. I sent letters with NO response, and threatened to file a complaint with the BBB when I did actually get to talk to Mr. De La Garza, his response was "I don't care." He is very unprofessional! I also threatened to file a small claims action if I didn't receive a refund and this too was acknowledged as a "I don't care" response. I sent a certified letter to David Gomez requesting a full refund and never received a response. I finally got Mr. De La Garza on the phone and he advised me that I will get a refund based on "earned fees". This was over 6 months ago and I haven't heard anything since. I have a 100% money back guarantee that Priority has refused to honor. I just want this company to provide the refund that they promised and OWE ME! I filed a complaint with the BBB and am in the process of serving them with a small claims action since I have been completely ignored. I hope this doesn't happen to any other person. VERY FRUSTRATING and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I can't believe this company is still in business.
