I arrived at 5:30pm to get an oil change during a weekday, only to be greeted by a representative from the service department stating they were closed. Although I received an advertisement by mail stating they had new hours, which advertise them closing at 6pm. I asked what about your new closing hours. The representative from the service department stated they are only open for pick up and all of the techs have gone home for the day. They don't advertise that. Why do they bother advertising the close time for 6pm. The rep from the service department asks if I'm busy on Saturday so that I can come back. Like I really want to come back after that. Then he mentions for me not to forget to make an appointment for better customer service. They have none, no customer service skills at all!
