I had a breast lift and augmentation at the Roxbury Beverly Hills Surgical Center in early March of 2011. During my initial consultation I came prepared with a note book and pen for answers to numerous questions that I had. My surgeon was Dr. Lance Wyatt. I consider myself as a nightmare patient. Dr. Wyatt was absolutely wonderful, he has a great sense of humor and is very understanding of your needs as a patient and woman. He thoroughly explains your procedure,prep,and your recovery. He also personally calls to check on you through your recovery. I can not say enough good things about the staff-Desiray, Crystal, Gloria and Sergio were absolutely awesome in holding my hand, calming my fears, drying my tears. They called to remind me about my appointments and really showing that they care and are concerned about me as a human being. I couldn't have asked for a better staff. Dr.S, my anesthesiologist was GREAT! He even called me personally check on me after my procedure! We laughed, joked and even sang songs in the operating room. Which I greatly appreciated it. It helped to calm my nervousness. My self esteem has greatly been improved and I smile allot more now then I ever have! They included the love of my life on the day of surgery, making sure that he was comfortable with any concerns, that made him feel good as he wasn't exactly crazy about me having the procedure done at first. He is very happy with the Dr. Wyatt and the rest of my favorite staffers. They all keep me very motivated and happy about my results. It has been a little over a month that I am writing this review and "the Girls" look absolutely Fantastic!! My healing is progressing nicely, I have had minimal discomfort after the procedure and VERY LITTLE PAIN-VERY LITTLE!!! Dr.reviewed all my medications and all natural immune system boosters through every thing. Love him!! I plan to have another smaller procedure done and trust the Roxbury Surgical Medical Center team to take good care of me, yet again. I recommend them to any one who is looking to improve their self esteem. I simply can NOT say enough good things about my experience. As far as negative the only thing I can think of is -NOTHING absolutely NOTHING!!! Professional, courteous, caring and real-- That describes them in a nutshell.
