Ruffoni's came to our home to install a new dishwasher. We were also having a new stove delivered by Sears, the oven was hard wired and the Sears installers said they could not remove the old stove because it was hard wired and could not intall the new one until there was an electrical outlet .Paul who was installing the dishwasher said his company would do that but they would have to come back at a later date, and it would be a service charge and it would be an additional charge for the parts for the electrical box. I got upset because I could not get the stove installed, and Paul said he would look in his truck and see if he had any parts. Paul kindly enough went out to his truck and checked for parts ,came back in and said he had the parts and could do the job at that time instead of making another appointment. Thank you Paul for the random act of kindess. Paul was very professional. Next time I have an appliance problem, I will be sure and contact Ruffoni's.
