This company seemed really shady to me. I never went through thanks to the review on this website. I questioned this guy"Mike" about their rating and gave me the excuse that BBB automatically gives you an F rating if a company doesn't subscribe which didn't sound right. So I told them I wanted to contact BBB to verify this rating when "Linda" said she would be able to give me referrals to call. When I said yes she said she was unable to give them to me until I called her back after I called BBB???? Things just didn't add up and I didn't feel comfortable with their response and lack of confidence they had in their service was obvious. If the BBB has them at an F rating why wouldn't they demand them to remove it if it were untrue. I asked Mike how could they do this and that it's very misleading to consumers.
