I'm still waiting on my order from 4 months ago! E-mails go unanswered or they respond with a general reply and then never follow up. I've gotten one response to my e-mails and that is it. Initially I just asked they send the patterns, but now I now longer want that.
I want my money refunded.
I have ordered from them many times before this with no problems. Had they taken care of this issue promptly I would never have suspected they had a problem. But now that they don't want to respond or perform their job I can no longer recommend them or purchase from them again.
truthfully I would have given them 0 stars if I could.
