Takes forever to ship order!!

I am a bargain shopper and i love shiekhshoes.I regularly visit the store and buy shoes. However this time i chose to order online, what a terrible mistake i made. I placed the order on 11/20 yet still my order has not been processed. After speaking with multiple customer service reps who sound like they dont care about my order, i was advised that they only have half of my order.I said well ship what you have and credit me the rest. Well today is 12/7/2011 and my order still has not been processed nor shipped. I will never order online from them again.

I was contacted by a sheikh customer service rep in response to this review. He was able to get my order shipped out immediately and I received them on 12/9/11. I found that he had great customer service and should train his fellow colleagues in customer service. The shoes are all beautiful and they all fit good. I will most likely order from them again.
