Dissappointed in Skype

I have several companies and have been using Skype for several years for my home office only. Lately it seems as if they dropped the ball. I have been having phone issues like calls dropping, poor reception and constant issues with logging in. Additionally, I found that the unlimited business plan is not "unlimited", you are limited to 50 outbound calls per day. If it weren't for all of these problems Skype would have won me over and likely received a lot of business from me as I would have considered using it for my employees. The only reason why I am writing this review is because I have not been able to physically speak to Skype because they do not have a phone number to reach them at and my emails go unanswered. I guess Skype has gotten to big to provide decent customer service. Shame Shame... Get your act together Skype.
