I ordered some shoes which were delayed in shipping. When I did receive them and were too small, I tried to contact customer service with no reply. I went ahead and shipped the shoes back within the 30 day policy allowance, Certified Mail so I know they received them. Never was my credit card reimbursed. I tried in vain writing emails every few days for about 2 months and with no reply, assumed maybe they had gone out of business. A month or so after that - sure enough, I receive a Promotional email from them! So no, they are not out of business. No, they will not credit your returns and they'll just keep those shoes and resell them. No conscience - who doesn't answer their customer service email?
