I ordered the White Gold Diamond Ear Cuff for my wife from Solisa Jewelry. The piece arrived defective,missing one of the diamond chips. We prompty returned the item for replacement the very next day and have the tracking info to show it was received. Several weeks have gone by and we still have not received a replacement or refund. Several emails and phone calls have gone unanswered.
