I filled out an online form and was contacted by a representative who promised to get back to me two days later. After three days, I emailed him. After 4 days, I called and left a message on his direct line, the main company voicemail was full so I could
not leave a message there. It's been a week with no return calls or e-mails. I have a bad feeling and I would not trust this company.
