Ordered an electric bicycle from this co. Was told item was in stock and would be sent in 2-3 days. Recieved email confirming same and a link to find out status. The link was just a page saying would be shipped in 2-3 days. After 10 days waiting I called Co. up and they told me that they didn't stock product but it would be shipped from wholesaler. Asked why it had not shipped and was told they would call and find out as the other co. was only 5 miles away. I called other co. and was told that Superkids did stock item and they would have to ship it out. Recalled Superkids and was told they had trouble contacting the other co. which I had just talked to. Spent the next 2 days calling Superkids up many times and the phone was not answered. Even tried cell thinking they were ducking my number. Left message canceling order. Sent email canceling order. Called up Credit card Co. refuting charge. Recalled Superkids (left message stating had stopped payment and would refuse shippment if it showed up). A few days later trucking co. called for delivery. Said I didn't want it. It was returned. You can't run a business part time and be less than truthful of situation
