On behalf of Christina and myself these past couple of months have been a roller coaster to say the least. When we first began Mark and his team from Tavas understood what we needed and what we were up against. Their analyses of us could not be more spot on and knew what needed to be fixed. They saw the potential in us that we saw and knew with his experience that we could fix those changes and be a better company. Mark and Rafael were such a great fit with our team. Rafael specifically pushed us to grow, change our perspective, change how we see things to be better leaders. Our first big win was the CMR & Sales trend which was a big turning point getting a better understanding to get our financials in a better position. It also gave us an understanding of our week-to-week cashflow and where we needed to adjust. Understanding, UDE's Critical path method, Action items. By building the matrix and metrics we were able to hold our teams accountable for their production and see where the root of the problems was. We wanted to thank them for their relentless efforts, teaching, and passion.
