Good prices, lousy service. Savings is not worth the aggravation. I ordered parts and they let them sit almost two weeks instead of calling me to let me know they'd arrived, THEN, they tried to tell me that it was MY responsibility to call them. Really??? Is it that much of a privilege to pay their salaries by patronizing their establishment? Should I feel honored they deigned to speak to a lowly customer without using an intermediary? There are too many parts houses in SoCal and the internet to be treated this way.
