Tell Time is a bad place to get watch repairs. In 2005 I went for a battery replacement. They put the battery in upside down, and I had to return again to correct it. In 2009 I was foolish enough to return for a battery replacement. They left out a part when reassembling the watch, and it did not work at all. Another dealer replaced the missing part and then it worked. Tell Time refunded their fee, but that did not make up for the aggravation and losing all the memory in my data bank watch. If they can't do a simple battery replacement correctly, I would not trust them to do that or any other repairs.
