Kevin Rasher of Modify Law promises upfront to return any monies if the loan modification does not go through. He spent very little time on my project - in fact - I dealt with the loan company myself when he did not respond to my inquiries after having given him $1250.
He lied about what the money was for - the bank later told me there were no upfront fees -
He has a great scam - If you read other reviews on the internet, you will see that he scammed the other people the same amount of money when their modification did not go through. I think you should warn people about this operation. Do not pay this person any money until the bank notifies you that your modification is complete.
