Very poor service when things go wrong
|

Purchased several replacement windows beginning in 2000. However, when things began to go wrong there was no effort to make repairs. Made multiple calls to obtain service in recent years without success. Calls to Mr. Ross were not helpful. Warranty information required for many of the windows seems to have been stripped of, throwing up another barrier to access repairs. Would not use again.
