These guys are totally unprofessional. please do not take their service. I fell for their "cheap" deal - $99 - 4 movers per hour (min 4 hr).. all packing boxes included and just include double drive time. For my 1 bedroom, I calculated that this should not cost more than 800 bucks given that i was moving 4 miles away.
The movers were extremely slow .. taking their own sweet time and taking 30 min break every 1:30 hr. I didn't object to the break cause i thought that they must be really tired from moving.
But the most unprofessional part came when they unloaded part of my stuff and just stopped and gave me the bill for 1500. I was shocked .. there was all these new charges for service and elevator being more than 75 feet and packing material charges. To top it, they included their break time in the service hours. When I confronted them with their break time , they lied flat on my face that they just took 5 mins break. They told me that I either pay up or they wont unload any further. I was really furious .. but at that point I couldn't do anything , but pay up ..
But they forgot that I can complain to BBB about them, which is precisely what i intend to do.
Please do not use this company to move your stuff, unless you have a lot of money that you want to just waste.
