This company was called out by my warranty company. There was problems with loose sockets and stair switches. A young tech came by, quickly tightened them and left. They still did not work and he never even looked at the switches. Called the warranty to tell them the job was not completed and repairs not made. Sent another tech out and in replacing a socket, the reading came back at 220 volts and the entire house was now out of electricity. When asked when this would be fixed he said he didn't know and quickly left looking upset and confused. Not only did they cause more problems for such simple fixes but they still didn't look at the switches. The office told me that they would send a senior tech out to look at the issue. The same guy who came around the first time came back. He was able to fix the sockets but all he said when he looked at the switches was that they were really messed up...and left. This place is a joke. The warranty company even filed a complaint against them and contacted another contractor to come out and finish the work. I just cant believe they are in business. On the positive side, I was told I would never have to deal with them again due to complaint on record. This was the best news to hear.
