I wanted to share the wonderful experience I had with Unique. They are a top notch organization. I had a roof that was leaking and needed to be fixed immediately, and I called and met with five contractors. That was an experience. I am amazed at the fact that homeowners actually hire a company without checking them out and researching. Most of the contractors didnt carry insurance and werent licensed. I wouldnt put myself in that dangerous situation of having to fear that I could be sued if an accident occured. I certainly also didnt want subcontractors working on my home because they are not even employed by the company and we all have had the stories about how these people arent properly trained to ddo the job right. After much research it was clear that Unique was the best choice. Once I signed the papers, they immediately showed me respect and got the job done immediately. They did an amazing job and they even cleaned up and hauled away all the garbage. After the job was done and paid for, I got a visit from my salesman who said he was in the area, and came over and personally said he just wanted to shake my hand, thank me for the business, and wanted to know if i had any questions. He then wanted me to assure him I was completely satisfied. That is what I call professionalism. I highly endorse this company, and I will be contacting them to do any future home improvements I need.
