In January 2009, I had Unique replace my roof and patio cover. Although the patio job was delayed by a few weeks due to delays on the city planner’s end, the work they did was excellent and the workers were very professional. About one month ago, when the rain hit hard, I noticed there was a leak and freaked out. I was very surprised and upset, since I had paid for a new roof and expected it to be problem free. It didn’t exactly help that the warranty had already expired by about a month. I decided to call Unique anyway to see if they would be willing to fix the leak. Much to my surprise they immediately had a field manager come out to conduct an inspection and assess the issue. As it turns out, water was coming through one of the vents. The field manager was very gracious and quickly scheduled the roofer to come by and a repair the problem at no charge. The field manager did not have to do this since the warranty had already expired and Unique could have charged me. Just a few days ago we had a really bad storm. It was the kind of storm that would put any roof to the test, and there was no leak. I'm not the type of person to post any review on any sites, but in this case, Unique really demonstrated that they are committed to customer service and willing to back their work. Thanks Unique!
