I am looking to contact someone with the Alicia Keys VIP packages? I purchased one and did the Soulchat but as the show was starting, myself and the entire VIP group was escorted back OUT of the venue and left on the sidewalk and told to just get in line.....again... to get into the show. Most of us missed some or ALL of the openers set due to this negligence. I paid 1200 for 2 tickets (one for sister) to see the ENTIRE show. I would have left early had I known we would be made late by the people who sold us a VIP ticket and then MADE Us late. We had been there 3 hours BEFORE the show. This has NEVER happened to me before in any VIP experience. (the merch app also didnt work) but thats forgivable. Making people who paid over $1000 a ticket miss up to half of the show is horrible. Why should we be punished and made to get behind all the people who purposely came late and didn't want to see the opener. I did. Natalie Hemby is one of my fav songwriters of all time & was excited to see her but made to miss most of her set due to VIP Live Nation negligence. This is insane. My sister and I flew from South Dakota to see the show. There was no stipulations in the package information about the possibility of missing half the show due to having to leave the Soulchat and REENTER the facility. Let's work this out. It needs to be fixed or you need to fire the people you hire to run these events. Even the ladies at the check in table did not care I wanted to see the opener as well. They were busy socializing. Its like I was weird to want to see the entire show I paid $2500 for.
