Initial problem with my order, I paid with Paypal and this resulted in a delay getting my premium keyboard tray in time to install over the weekend. However:

O.K. So on Monday they jumped all over it. I received a phone call at 9:27 AM apologizing and explaining that the Paypal payment that I made was somehow juggled innappropriately and that they would get the product to me today. YES IT IS IN STOCK! Heh. Since they are local to me they actually had a very nice young lady bring it right to my door. That, to me, shows high dedication to customer service. They owned up to a mistake and handled it. I will update again once I install and test the product. I had a problem, they fixed it, I would order from them again. Product packed well, made from heavy gauge steel, appears well-made and sturdy.
10/27/11: Finally found the time to install today. Instructions were straight forward and easy to understand. I took my time and it was about a half hour to install. Pay attention to the "set-back" on the keyboard track so that your keyboard tray is slightly recessed when retracted. I followed the 7" recommendation in the instructions and it is perfect. Do yourself a favor and drill pilot holes if you are installing on an already in place desk, it is a big enough pain working on your back under your desk to begin with. Take a little tape and put it on your drillbit to mark the depth so that you don't drill through your desktop! Adjustments on this are sweet, you can get it to just the right position for perfect hand-height. The metal this product is made from is serious. I the hate rickety, thin guage crap that you overpay for at the mega-office stores. This is not that. Very substantial with solid adjustments. Also, if you have an "ergo" or keyboard with a built in hand rest, this is what you need. Many of the other keyboard trays have a lip or a rest or some other deal at the edge that interferes with all but the standard rectangular keyboards. This is a straight forward slab so you can hang the keyboard off the edge, if you desire...I got the large one and there is plenty of real-estate for my oversized keyboard and mouse, with room to spare for adjusting left and right. This is american manufactured and of the finest quality. Great product.
