I was a bit unenchanted with them. The first rep I spoke with was speaking at lightning speed, very curt, didn't ask probing questions, and ended up completely misunderstanding my situation and practically hung up on me thinking we didn't qualify based on a technicality that she had misunderstood because she had not given me a chance to explain and didn't take in all the facts. She practically hung up in my face. I ended up having to ask for a supervisor who was polite enough but who asked for information which she was not allowed to ask for, which led me to question how well-trained their personnel are.
After much haggling and much to do, and placing my complaint here, it went to upper management and then the supervisor called me and did display a very nice, customer service attitude and they did admit that I could be written and offered quotes - to their credit. But by that time I decided to go with 21st Century. I kind of felt like, what if I had a claim on my house and I needed support in a desperate time and called there and was met with personnel of that type, etc. It was a scary thought. I also never really got any direct apology.
