Last month we moved from Vermont to Virginia using Worldwide as our carrier. I don't think we could be happier with the excellent communication this company has established with its customers! From the beginning conversation with the relocation specialist, to the post-move assistance with customer service, we have been treated with respect and courtesy and our concerns are always addressed. The day before the move we were still changing the inventory with no problem. The real challenge came when we had to change the address for the delivery -- yes, we moved before the movers arrived! But this was absolutely no problem! We notified them on Sunday of our new address, and on Monday the truck arrived. The men on the pick-up and the delivery were fantastic! Worked efficiently and again with great courtesy. They even helped arrange my living room! The only criticism I would have is that they were not able to give us a delivery date until two days before it happened, and it took 10 days for that -- we were in a bit of limbo waiting for that information. I have spoken with customer service and offered the suggestion that they let customers know at the beginning that the delivery isn't straight through. I would definitely use them again, and certainly would recommend them.
