What can I say about X-Press Vanlines my family and I just used them for our move, although I have moved numerous times before, it was just impossible for me to list everything in my 5 bedroom home so of course I was expecting to have additional , what I like about x-press is that they came through with their lock rate and movers where excellent. I can’t complaint the price was very reasonable and I already expected that the price quoted was going to be more because when you move a 5 bedroom home unexpected items will always appear. The crew showed me all the unlisted items from the inventory I provided and prior to loading the truck they providing me a new binding quote; I like that about a company that they did not load and then handed me a new bill, the guys actual took their time and showed me everything and explain the cost prior to loading the truck, once I signed the paper work they start to work so I was not worried that when my stuff was loaded on the truck that they will give me a different bill, they closed the bill prior to loading, the other 3 movers I had starting working and killed me on the bill, I felt violated but x-press made me feel like one of their family. Thank you x-press I will defiantly have you move my business! I love the way you guys handled your business you guys are the most professional moving company I ever hired.
