Bottom line is that Xzilon is a scam, I bought the product and warranty for a brand new altima 2 weeks later I noticed the drivers leather seat had a cut in. Xzilon refused to cover it because it did not go all the way through. No were in the limited warranty does it say it has to go all the way through the material. They will find any reason to deny a claim. The dealer sold me by telling me that any problem would be handled there that also proved untrue.I would not recommend this product to anyone, it cost me 700.00 dollars I could have repaired my seat many times on my own for that price. I am planning to sue them for breach of contract and the dealer Gainesville Nissan for deceptive sales practice's. Buyer beware
