I can not believe this company went from and "F" rating to a "B." I still have not received my photos or album from my wedding 6 months ago.
Joe Matuella has conveinently left the country and has not made any effort to communicate with me on the status of my photos. He has consisently given excue after excuse as to why he hasn't sent my photos. I know of at least one other bride who also still does not have her photos.
This rating of a "B" is completley laughable. What did Ipixx do to raise it's grade from and "F" to a respectable "B"??? Nothing on my end has been resolved, or even attempted to be resolved. I would think the BBB would have a more efficient communications plan when an individual complains about a business. Nothing was done about my complaint...
The star rating won't allow me to do "NO" stars, so I had to do one. But believe me, Ipixx and Joe Matuella do not deserve ANY stars.
