Disappointed! Didn't receive shirts ordered!

Unfortunately, I didn't do my homework before hand. I ordered shirts for the upcoming fair. They guaranteed them to be here. Never thought twice about having a problem. No show so I called. No one to speak to, only live chat. Same information given that everyone else has been given. They can give 20.00 credit for next order or I can pay for special delivery which is not guaranteed either. What a scam!!!
